Job summary

The Online Marketing Department is responsible for attracting new members from around the world via desktop and mobile campaigns on the main paid online marketing channels (e.g. Facebook, SEA, Display) as well as through organic traffic (e.g. SEO). As Online Marketing Manager, it will be your responsibility to take ownership of several of these channels and contribute to their development.

Job description

As Online Marketing Manager at InterNations, you will:

  • create, monitor, and optimize acquisition campaigns worldwide
  • plan and execute new channel tests on both desktop and mobile
  • create and implement advertising copy for specific target groups
  • analyze and monitor the performance of ads and campaigns and optimize them to meet KPI targets
  • take responsibility for your own budget
  • manage relationships with agencies and media partners
  • work together with other departments to conceptualize and implement new projects

Job qualifications

You meet the following requirements:                                                                     

  • you hold a university degree in business or equivalent degree
  • you have at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in Display and / or SEA
  • hands-on experience on Native Advertising and / or app install campaigns are a strong plus
  • you are familiar with ad tracking and you are not afraid of handling large amounts of data 
  • you are proactive, organized, and self-motivated
  • you have strong verbal and written English communication skills and a clear attention to detail
