About The Role

NOTE: FLUENCY IN GERMAN LANGUAGE IS MUST 


we are seeking a Sales Manager to help lead its sales efforts in the German market. This full-time position sits within a team of successful Account/Sales Executives that report to the Director of the company and will be based in our Berlin HQ. The successful candidate will be diligent with a proven track record in sales. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for prospecting, outreaching, and generating leads in your market.

In addition you will be responsible for pitching, touring, and closing sales in all Work locations across your portfolio. Additionally, the self-driven and self-motivated candidate will be responsible for cooperating with our centralized Sales team to increase enterprise relationship in their market.

Responsibilities

  • 75% Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., outreach/prospecting, social media, networking, events, etc.) in field of Exhibition/ Trade Show Industry
  • 20% Existing sales pipeline management
  • 5% Inbound lead management
  • Cultivating and maintaining midsize and large business relationships
  • Being able to see potential opportunities and use them to grow the business, with a strong commercial eye
  • Utilizing innovative and creative sales tactics
  • Touring and demonstrating locations and business solutions with potential members
  • Willing to Travel as and when required

 

Job qualifications

Qualifications

  • Between 3-5 years of sales experience as a min
  • Fluency in English and German is must
  • Ability to penetrate new markets
  • Presentation and communication skills required
  • Detail orientation and organization skills required
  • College/University graduate
  • Ability to establish and nurture relationships
  • Business development experience
  • Experience Handling a team would be an added Advantage
  • B2B business solutions experience a plus
